Shop with confidence - Free Exchanges, Relaxed Returns within Australia

Here at Curvy, we're not happy until you're happy. Shop with confidence knowing that if you purchase something and it's not right for you, we'll happily accept it back. When exchanging, we even cover the return postage (for orders within Australia). We request that you keep the tags on the item until you've tried it on to be sure it fits. Taken the tags off already? Please get in touch as we're sure we can help. You can return for a refund or exchange. 

Did you know:

  1. We offer 100 days on returns
  2. Exchanges are free postage both ways (for Australian customers).
  3. Purchased the wrong size or the fit isn't right? Book a Virtual Fitting with one of our experienced Bra Fitters to assist you with exchanging for the right size.
  4. Please understand that we can not accept returns on Final Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.
For refunds, we still provide you with a convenient returns label, and we deduct the label cost of $9.50 from your refund. The good news is, this postage cost is paid by us if you return for exchange or store credit.

      When and how will you receive your refund?

      After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement. 

      *Please note, when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid, if any, will not be refunded. However for Australian customers that choose an exchange we will pay for the postage both ways, as many times as you need, until you get the garment you LOVE!
